{E}: Are you self-taught or did you apprentice?
FLAKS: I was self taught. No one in the beginning really wanted to show me shit. It was alot of trial and error.

{E}: Describe your artwork.
FLAKS: It’s a mix of black and grey art and alot off different hand style lettering.

{E}: What inspires you?
FLAKS: Money, music, my daughter, family and friends.

{E}: Tell us about the first tattoo you did on someone. What did you think? What was it? How did it make you feel?
FLAKS: The first tattoo I ever did was on one my homies from my hood. It was some neighborhood shit. It was a great experience. I always enjoyed drawing and artwork so right away I was hooked.

{E}: Whose work have you collected?
FLAKS: Big Gus, Franco Vescovi, Johnny Quintana, Boog, Sneeks and Manako.
